Huge Increase in COVID-19 ATK/PCR Swab Testing Lawsuits

London, UK – Teams of lawyers, doctors, and medical staff have united in providing support and resources to people around the world who have suffered an injury due to the COVID-19 vaccine and related practices. In recent months, we have been following the increasing number of lawsuits from patients who have been injured due to the Covid-19 ATK/PCR swab testing. The increase in lawsuits is more apparent in some jurisdictions, including Thailand, the USA and Australia, where many people are coming out to express their anger and demanding compensation for their injuries.

In one legal case an American woman in her 40s who suffered brain fluid leakage from her nose after getting a swab test for COVID-19. The woman got the test as part of a safety and preparatory procedure before surgery. She experienced a brain fluid leak after the test, with clear fluid running down her nose and making her nauseous. The victim was also reported to have developed head and neck stiffness and a metallic taste in her mouth following the botched swab test. Scans revealed a small hole at the base of her skull where the spinal fluid was leaking from into her nasal cavity. Such stories have become more and more common as the frequency of swab testing has increased. In other cases, multiple children and adults died due to swabs being pushed too deep into their noses.

In addition to the real dangers of the swab test, research has also shown the dangerous effect of ethylene oxide, an active ingredient in the sterilization of PCR and ATK test swabs, on human health.

“The EPA, the International Agency for Research on Cancer, and the National Toxicology Programme, all classify ethylene oxide as a toxic human carcinogen. Overwhelming evidence shows that exposure to ethylene oxide increases the risk of lymphoma cancers, myelomas, and leukemia. Ethylene oxide is mutagenic, which means it can damage the DNA in cells. Children are more susceptible to the harmful effects of mutagenic substances too,” said Dr. John Anders.

At present, lawyers in multiple countries are putting together and handling cases of litigation due to swab induced injuries. The teams are also collecting data on venues forcing employees and customers to undergo dangerous tests, using poor quality or toxic swabs. We encourage employees and customers who have been a victim of injuries, or any cognitive issues that may be a result of the toxic ethylene oxide swab test to contact a legal representative for support and legal help in addressing the issue.

“It will only be after several of these lawsuits are won that we can end this barbaric and inhuman practice,” said Derek Wilson from Robinson Personal Injury Lawyers who are currently involved in litigation relating to swab test injuries.
